Briefing for peers on the Health Service Safety Investigations Bill

We have briefed peers ahead of the Second Reading of the Health Service Safety Investigations Bill in the House of Lords.

This Bill sets out legislation to create an independent body to investigate patient safety incidents and promote a culture of learning within the NHS.
