This report highlights the key findings from a number of investigations into complaints about the Access to Work scheme, which is run by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
The problems highlighted by these cases, investigated between 2014 and 2016, have since been rectified by DWP. However, the report provides useful learning for government departments.
