Information request relating to the number of complaints PHSO has received about Houston Dental Practice
I write in response to your information request dated 27 January 2015 in which you asked for details of complaints we have received about Houston Dental Group.
We received five complaints about Houston Dental Group (the Group) in 2013/14. We have not received any additional complaints about the Group since then. I have listed the outcomes of the cases below:
1. Case closed as it was not properly made (not in writing)
2. Case closed as it was premature (had not been made to the Group)
3. Complaint withdrawn by complainant
4. Investigation not upheld - no failings found
5. Investigation upheld - failings found leading to an unremedied injustice
