Update: We have taken the pilot site down now that we have built our new site. Thank you to everyone who gave us feedback.

Over the past six months, we have been listening to what complainants and other stakeholders expect from our new website and we have been testing our thinking as we go along. Many of you gave us feedback on our initial designs which has been very helpful.

We want to make sure that the new website will work well for the range of people who use it. In particular, for the groups most likely to experience problems with the NHS or government services and the people who find it hardest to get their voices heard.

Visit the pilot site

We now have a pilot site that we would like to share with you. It is a work in progress so not everything is in place yet but it should give you a good idea of what the final site will be like.

Let us have your feedback

We would be very grateful if you could take a look at it and then fill in a brief survey which runs until Friday 30 September. The survey is anonymous, and it should take less than five minutes to complete.

Please feel free to share the website and survey link with anyone else you think might be interested in commenting on the pilot site.

We will use your feedback to make sure that the new website is as useful and accessible as possible. We are aiming to launch the live site at the end of the year.
