PHSO has responded to the Health and Social Care Committee's inquiry on the Department for Health and Social Care's Integration and Innovation White Paper.
The forthcoming Health and Care Bill plans to legislate for the Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch to become a statutory body. Our response focuses on how this proposal will affect the role of PHSO.
