We have responded to a call for evidence from the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration regarding the complaint handling by the Home Office’s Borders, Immigration and Citizenship System (BICS). The BICS includes UK Visas and Immigration, Immigration Enforcement, Border Force and HM Passport Office.
