About the role
Our Quality Assurance team are seeking someone with experience of casework processes, in either a Casework or Operational support role, to join their team.
As an Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling the delivery, development and implementation of the PHSO’s quality assurance programme.
You will contribute to the review of our programme, applying your understanding of quality assurance principles and good customer experience. You will be responsible for examining casework and accurately recording evidence of adherence to our processes, including our Service Charter Commitments, Service Model and Supervision Model.
You will make evidenced based decisions on complex information and present this information to a range of stakeholders. You will produce feedback and analysis reports, contributing to an environment of continuous improvement and excellence.
