About the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a track record of leading and supporting a broad range of successful projects to join our Portfolio Management Office (PMO).
The PMO is responsible for defining, coordinating and managing the delivery of PHSO’s change portfolio. Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will work alongside PMO staff, other business analysts, technical teams, project managers and the wider business to perform detailed requirements analyses, map and (re)design processes, and confirm user acceptance of project outputs. Ideally, you will also have experience of leading teams and successfully embedding good business analysis practice through the development of frameworks, guidance and training.
This is a great opportunity for a highly analytical, natural communicator with a broad range of previous business analysis experience to help improve the way we deliver change across the business and drive improvements in public services.
