We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.

About the role
We are seeking a senior nurse who is currently working in an acute hospital ward environment at Band 7 or above to act as Internal Clinical Adviser to provide general (acute) nursing advice to our caseworkers, both verbally through documented discussion or by written evidence based advice.
The successful candidates will be based in our Manchester Office whilst remaining in current NHS practice.
If you are currently working in the NHS, have an excellent track record at senior level in an acute ward-based environment, with experience of responding to patient complaints and are interested in supporting the work of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman’s Office, we would like to hear from you.
