We are the final stage for complaints about the NHS in England, UK government departments and some other UK public organisations. We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.
About the role
The ICT Support and Development Officer forms part of the small internal IT support technical team, reporting to the ICT Service Manager.
You will work independently and respond to support requests raised over the telephone, via email or face to face from staff based in our Manchester and London offices.
The primary focus of your role will be to support end users with their requests, but there will be opportunities to work on projects and service improvements.
