About the role
This is an exciting time to join PHSO as we prepare to implement our new Corporate Strategy from 1 April 2022 onwards. The Senior Strategy Manager role is a pivotal newly created role to help deliver the new strategy.
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and analytical Senior Strategy Manager who can play a key role in PHSO’s future development.
Overseeing the new strategy function, the Senior Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading on finding evidence-based solutions to key cross-organisational strategic challenges. They will provide strategic analysis and problem solving, examining evidence, and breaking down policy problems into clear project work streams.
They will lead on the development of corporate strategy and work closely with the Business Management team to translate strategy into business plans.
The role is responsible for a Strategy Adviser and for matrix managing colleagues across the business to ensure appropriate engagement and involvement in strategy projects.
The Senior Strategy Manager is responsible for developing corporate strategy and working with the business management team to translate corporate strategy into business plans.
They will be leading on strategic projects, problem-solving and strategic analysis overseeing PHSO’s strategy function and team.
