A voice for improvement in public services
Our strategy sets out our vision to be a voice for improvement in public services. We will achieve this by providing an independent, impartial and fair complaints handling service, as an internationally respected public services ombudsman.
We consulted extensively, both with staff, with those who use our service and with our partner organisations, on the new direction set out in this strategy. They agreed that our approach is the right one. Now we must deliver.
