We make final decisions on complaints that have not been resolved by the NHS in England and UK government departments, and other UK public organisations. We do this independently and impartially.
We were set up by Parliament to provide an independent complaint handling service.
We are not part of Government, the NHS in England, or a regulator. We are neither a consumer champion nor arbitrator.
Our service is free for everyone.
About the role
Acting as an interface between IT and the business, you will be required to perform a variety of tasks in the identification, definition and development of solutions to deliver business and IT processes.
We’re looking for an experienced candidate who that can effectively and efficiently manage the definition, analysis, delivery and maintenance of business, project and system requirements to support our programme of transformation. An experienced Business Analyst, you’ll have the skills and enthusiasm to hit the ground running.
Working across the full project lifecycle, you’ll gather requirements, define processes and identify effective business solutions in line with our IT and business strategy. You’ll be familiar with a broad range of business analysis techniques such as information gathering, workshopping, planning, and testing.
The successful candidate will demonstrable experience of success within complex project environments, and have proven experience of working in an IT enabled change environment.
