We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.
About the role
The Business Support Officer will provide regular and ad hoc administrative and casework support to the investigation teams, in conjunction with other Business Support Officers/Assistants in the Investigation Directorate.
