About the role

Our Director of Operations & Quality will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of PHSO’s core service, ensuring we deliver a robust, streamlined, high quality and efficient casework service.  Identifying new ways of working which will increase capacity and deliver efficiencies whilst maintaining high levels of service, you will be responsible for over 250 people and a budget of £16m. You will also be a key member of the PHSO Leadership Group.

With an outstanding track record of operational service delivery in a high-volume case management environment, you will have an appreciation for the work of PHSO and the landscape in which it operates. You will be able to bring the benefit of your experience in process change, ensuring continuous improvements are made and quality of services improved upon. Comfortable with change, you will be agile and fleet of foot; a natural leader able to work with a variety of individuals and groups to deliver a more positive impact for more people.
