About the role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an outstanding candidate to join the PHSO as Director of Resources. PHSO seeks to be an exemplar in its field and this role is integral to achieving this strategic outcome. A qualified accountant, with experience of strategic financial advice and management in the public sector, you will be a strategic leader able to drive performance improvement to improve our operational outcomes. An excellent communicator and experienced leader, you will have a track record in developing and delivering efficient, effective, customer focussed support services.
This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership of PHSO’s financial, technology, business and wider change management. The post holder will be accountable for delivering robust financial and business management services, high quality ICT and change management support to drive the delivery of PHSO’s strategic objectives and overall transformational change.
