Our service is free for everyone.

About the role

We are looking for an ICT Service Manager with experience of leading ICT service teams, engaging and motivating them and creating an environment of continuous improvement, to support the achievement of PHSO’s strategic aims through the delivery of an effective customer focused ICT service.

It’s a fantastic time to join the organisation and the role will provide leadership and support as we continue the journey to modernising systems and digital transformation.

Reporting to the Assistant Director for ICT & Accommodation you will support the direction and management of the department, role modelling PHSO values and behaviours.

Experience working within Central Government would be an advantage.
