We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.
About the role
To support the Director of HR, People & Talent in the effective delivery of the PHSO’s People Strategy. To work closely with the HR Director and to act as a source of trusted advice to senior leaders and drive key projects and priorities. To be responsible for the effective operation of the HR Business Partner team, the Resourcing team and HR Officers (HR and Resourcing) based in Manchester
