We are the final stage for complaints about the NHS in England and public services delivered by the UK Government. We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.
Our service is free for everyone.
About the role
As Head of Insight and Public Affairs you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our work. You will lead and support the delivery of our insight, research and public affairs functions and play a key role in helping identify and drive service improvements across the NHS and Central Government.
As an experienced leader with sound judgement and an excellent understanding of both the health sector and Westminster, you will also use your influencing skills to help ensure that the insight recommendations we make are then picked up and delivered by the relevant bodies.
