About the role
You will be one of 3 HR Business Partners leading and managing the People Management agenda for your business areas.
As a trusted member of the local senior business team, you will influence and steer strategy across the full people remit. This involves working closely with your key stakeholders across the business to drive organisational performance and efficiencies across your area of responsibility.
The role will drive excellence in talent, change, employee relations, performance and engagement through partnering with leadership and senior management teams within your business areas.
