About the role
We are looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to implement our exciting and ambitious new L&D plan to build capacity, capability and career development for our diverse workforce.
This role reports into the L&D Manager and works collaboratively with the rest of the L&D Team and wider organisation and specific project delivery teams, and within a HR Team of HR Shared Services and HR Business Partnering. The team works flexibly and proactively to shape and drive the organisation's goals including business change and service excellence.
Key deliverables span talent pool development programme creation and delivery, the rollout, upscaling and engagement with our digital learning solutions, the implementation of structured career development paths for all employees, and professional and personal development, coaching and mentoring programmes.
It’s an opportunity to use your drive and collaboration in order to deliver an impactful range of L&D projects, and provide expert advice and insight, and to flex your best in class training and coaching skills.
You’ll operate as a full member of the HR People and Talent and provide advice and guidance to staff and managers at all levels.
