About us
We are the final stage for complaints about the NHS in England and public services delivered by the UK Government. We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.
Our service is free for everyone.
About the role
We have a new opportunity for someone to join our Learning and Development team as a People Development Trainer. You will be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team with a great reputation for supporting the performance and personal career development of our diverse workforce.
With a proven record of accomplishment, you will have a passion for developing others (up to and including line manager level). You will also have a strong working understanding of the learning cycle and be able to supply expertise, advice and guidance to help our people achieve their best.
In this new role to support us to deliver our comprehensive curriculum, you will design a range of inclusive and engaging training and development resources from stakeholder briefs. These include the design, delivery, and evaluation of face-to-face and virtual training.
Our Learning and Development offering is responsive to organisational need - from induction, bespoke skills development workshops and team development activities to formal learning programmes for current and aspiring managers.
Ideally, you will hold coaching, mentoring and CIPD Learning and Development qualifications (or equivalent). You will be able to shape your role and show that you are dedicated to your own continuous professional development.
With strong organisational skills, you will manage competing priorities and be comfortable with ongoing change. Your ability to build effective relationships across our whole organisation will help you to drive our curriculum and support our organisation to deliver key strategic goals.
Join a talented team in an organisation that does important work and makes a difference.
