About the role
PHSO is looking for a performance officer to work with the Head of Business Planning to develop a new approach to performance and risk reporting. As Performance Officer they will provide high quality data analysis and advice to support the decision making of senior leadership. Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications with an advanced knowledge of Excel, they will produce performance reports and dashboards, analyse performance information, and provide advice in relation to performance improvement. They will also be responsible for completing and maintaining risk registers and escalation of relevant risks.
