We are the final stage for complaints about the NHS in England, UK government departments and some other UK public organisations. We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.
Our service is free for everyone.
About the role
The organisation is going through a significant change programme. Through the Programme Office you will provide a proactive and flexible support to enable this change to be implemented smoothly.
You will utilise your organisational skills, to manage the governance of the programme. Support the Head of Programme Office to manage the programme and its constituent projects. Working with project managers to develop and deliver to their project plans. Maintain key project and programme documentation and templates.
