We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.

About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Quality team in Manchester. The successful candidate will support the delivery of the Quality Assurance Framework related to the quality control and assurance of our casework and compliance recommendations for the organisations we investigate. Ideally you will have an understanding of quality control, assurance and standards, awareness of public administration or the NHS and the context in which it operates as well as the ability to analyse information and spot trends in data with strong attention to detail.
