Feedback from our surveys let us understand more about the views of people who use our service. It helps us understand what we do well and areas where we can improve.
We regularly contact people who use our service and organisations we investigate to take part in feedback surveys. The surveys are quick and easy to complete online. There is also the option to complete the survey over the telephone with our research partner, Opinion Research Services (ORS).
You can email our survey team with any queries you have about our surveys. Our privacy policy explains how we use and look after information about you, or that could identify you. ORS’ privacy notice explains what to expect when ORS collects your personal information.
These surveys replace our previous feedback surveys.
