Members of the Board

Our organisation is governed by a unitary, decision-making board made of executives and non-executives which provides robust oversight and assures Parliament of the effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation.

The core purpose of the Board is to lead, provide stewardship, and to preserve and build our reputation.

The Board does not make individual casework decisions.

Register of Board members' interests

Our Board members are required to make annual declarations of their external financial interests and any relevant personal interests.  They also report new interests as they arise.  The register of interests is at the following link:

Our non-executive Board members bring an external perspective to our corporate governance. They come from diverse professional backgrounds and bring a wide range of experiences.
