Our executive members form part of the Executive Team.
Our organisation is governed by a unitary, decision-making board made of executives and non-executives which provides robust oversight and assures Parliament of the effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation.
The core purpose of the Board is to lead, provide stewardship, and to preserve and build our reputation.
The Board does not make individual casework decisions.
Information about temporary arrangements for the Ombudsman's role will be added to this page shortly.
Our Board members are required to make annual declarations of their external financial interests and any relevant personal interests. They also report new interests as they arise.
